Why We're Building a Membership: ATW's Vision for Whole-Family Wellness

A NOTE FROM DR. JENNY

Why we're building a membership

Our vision for whole-family wellness — and why we believe the answer to what families need most isn't another appointment. It's a team.

“I don’t even know who to call anymore.” I hear some version of this almost every week.

A mom texts me at 9 pm because her toddler won't try a single new food and she's run out of ideas. A pregnant patient wants to know if the ache in her low back is normal, but her OB visit isn't for three more weeks. A dad is staring at a waitlist for a feeding evaluation, unsure if he should keep waiting or start googling — and googling at midnight is never where you want a parent to end up.

None of these families needed more information. They needed someone who already knew them to pick up the phone.

That's the gap we kept running into — not a lack of good care, but a lack of a team you could actually reach.

Traditional care is built around single visits with single providers. You see a specialist, you get a plan, and then you're on your own until the next appointment — left to piece together speech, feeding, nervous system regulation, pelvic health, and everything in between, usually with different offices, different portals, and no one who sees the whole picture.

We didn't think that was good enough. So we're building something different.

A team, not a transaction

A membership at ATW isn't about unlocking a discount. It's about never having to wonder who to call again. It's social support for the parents who feel like they're figuring this out alone. It's experts in your pocket for the questions that can't wait for the next scheduled visit. And it's one team — so you're not chasing referrals across town, explaining your child's history for the fifth time, or hoping two providers who've never spoken to each other happen to agree.

Social support

A community of families who get it, plus events built to bring you together

Experts in your pocket

Direct access to our team for the questions that come up between visits

One team, start to finish

Every specialist your family needs, already talking to each other

This is what a co-op model has always meant to us — care that's collaborative by design. A membership is simply how we make that feeling permanent, instead of something you only get during an active course of treatment.

Two ways to belong

We built two memberships around two different seasons of family life — because a toddler working on fine motor skills and a mom bringing home a newborn need very different kinds of support.

IN DR. JENNY'S WORDS

I built ATW because I was tired of watching families get bounced between providers who never talked to each other. A membership is the next piece of that same promise — that you'll never have to feel alone in this, and you'll never have to go anywhere else to find the answer.

Whether you're bringing home a newborn or chasing a toddler around the house, you deserve a team that already knows your story. That's what we're building.
