Pelvic Health Occupational Therapist

Dr. Carleigh is an occupational therapist specializing in women’s pelvic health across the lifespan—including pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause. She works with women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, core weakness, bladder and bowel concerns, sexual health challenges, and nervous system dysregulation. Carleigh is passionate about using a trauma-informed care approach, function-focused, and rooted in empowering women to feel strong, connected, and confident in their bodies.

With a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and experience in diverse clinical settings, Carleigh offers a whole-person approach that integrates evidence-based techniques with individualized support—helping women navigate each life stage with clarity and resilience.
