SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST

Job Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of pediatric conditions and development

  • Collaborative team approach, family-led care

  • Some travel required between Beaches, Mandarin and Northern St. Johns County

  • Up to full-time position with benefits

  • Set your own schedule

  • Comfort in treating children with medically complex conditions preferred

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred but not required

  • Experience working with pediatric populations is a strong advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Desire to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team


PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Job Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the medical office

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the office scheduling system

  • Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details

  • Assist with medical administrative tasks, such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

  • Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed

  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintain a clean and organized office area

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in medical terminology and understanding of medical administrative support processes desired

  • Previous experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred

  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and relevant software
