We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to increase referrals and membership enrollments through community relationships, referral marketing, and purpose-driven campaigns. This person will work directly with the CEO to implement developed growth strategies. The position starts at part-time, hybrid with room for growth with company growth.

Pelvic Health Therapist
The Patient Care Coordinator is the welcoming face and organizational heartbeat of All Together Wellness. As the first point of contact for our families, this role supports exceptional, client-centered care by managing front desk operations, scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination across our clinical services.
This position ensures every patient and family experiences a calm, professional, and supportive environment from their first call to each clinic visit. The Patient Care Coordinator works closely with therapists and leadership to keep clinic operations running smoothly while upholding our mission, values, and brand tone.
What You’ll Do
Welcome families, scheduling and coordinating appointments across disciplines
Managing phone calls, messages, and client communications
Maintaining accurate records in the EHR system
Assisting with insurance verification and payment collection
Create and disseminate information through email, text, and socials as appropriate
Use CRM to follow up on client referrals, leverage client communication
All Together Wellness is seeking a Pelvic Health Physical or Occupational Therapist to join our integrative, family-centered wellness clinic for a part-time, temporary role (6 months) with strong potential for growth and long-term opportunities.
This position is ideal for a therapist who values a holistic, root-cause approach to care and enjoys working with women across life stages—from pregnancy and postpartum to pelvic pain, core dysfunction, and whole-body wellness.
