  • We are Tricare certified providers and accept Step Up and DSAJ scholarships.  We are out of network with other major insurances. As a courtesy to our clients, we submit all claims to your insurance on your behalf. Our pricing is comparable to the current insurance co-pay rates.

  • We can do even better! If you’d like, we will submit your payments on your behalf. We can also provide detailed billing statements (superbills) upon request, which families can submit to their insurance for potential reimbursement. Be sure to check with your insurance provider for details on out-of-network benefits.

  • We are located at 1157 Beach Blvd Jacksonville Beach, 32250 in the Ocean Executive plaza diagonally across from Lab Corp.

  • We currently provide OT, PT, and speech services at the following schools: Beaches Chapel, Clarke School, Collage & Palm Valley CDC, Paper Airplane, and Wee School. Have a child in or around the beaches or Mandarin area?  We would be happy to collaborate with your child’s center too if our schedule allows.

  • If we are using your insurance benefits, we do require a referral on file.  However, our team will gladly assist in getting this for you!  We also like to send our reports to keep your whole care team aware of your progress too.
