Well Kids: Making Mealtime Fun

Feeding kids in today’s day and age can be a struggle! You're busy than ever running a home and a team at work. Guilted for needing quick options, many parents struggle to feel like their child should be eating broccoli while they serve chicken nuggets. Or, your picky eater won’t eat even the most savory of options you spend time preparing and you are tired of being a short order chef. Kids with other needs such as food allergies or other conditions that affect eating and digestion are a whole other level.

Good news! Mealtime doesn't have to be one of your most stressful parts of the day! We use a child-centered approach to gaining your child's interest and excitement around food. It's simpler than you think and will take the stress off of you! No more bargaining or "just one bite". Our expert team will give you the tools you need as well as support your personal goals. Created with both feeding and nutrition experts, this course is sure to make mealtime a relaxing and connecting experience in your home once again.
